Located on McGill Avenue in Old Montreal, the Hà restaurant immerses its guests in the traditional Vietnamese concept of BIA HOI, those small corner street eateries where one enjoys and shares simple and delicious cuisine in a friendly atmosphere.
The restaurant's name pays tribute to Mr. Hà, a renowned Vietnamese chef who passed away in 2015. Executive Chef Ross Louangsignotha and his team now present a menu inspired by the flavors of Southeast Asia. The dishes represent a fusion of Mr. Hà's classic Vietnamese recipes and Chef Ross's Laotian heritage. These creations are also influenced by seasonal ingredients and, of course, the vibrant city of Montreal.
